What is bottom canning? It can be easily seen from this picture that the oil tank truck can be divided into silos. Each silo needs an aluminum alloy tank mouth (also known as manhole), which can be equipped with anti leakage probe, submarine valve, oil unloading joint (lower oil valve), oil vapor recovery valve and submarine valve, also known as emergency shut-off valve. It is installed at the bottom of the tank. It is easy to operate and time-saving Safety and environmental protection.

Pressure balanced submarine valve is used for multi bin oil tank truck, which can be loaded and unloaded separately in different oil silos. The tee design simplifies the pipeline, reduces the load, is simple to operate, safe and reliable.

The pneumatic cut-off valve is installed at the bottom of the tank body of the oil tank truck and can be used for lower loading and refueling. The internal pressure of the valve is small and the flow is large. There is a cut-off groove at the flange of the valve body. In case of an accident in the oil tank, because the cut-off groove is unable to bear excessive impulse, the vehicle body pipeline and the tank will be automatically disconnected, and the automatic centering plunger and durable spring will remain sealed, and the medium in the tank will not leak, So as to ensure the safety of the oil tank. When there is no air source or it cannot be opened for other reasons, the cylinder piston rod can be folded and opened manually.



The figure above shows the aluminum alloy European standard tank mouth, also known as manhole cover, which is installed on the top of the oil tank with built-in breather valve and emergency exhaust function. Oil and gas recovery valve, oil measuring hole, anti overflow probe rod, etc. can be installed on the manhole cover. During oil loading, when the liquid level reaches the detection position, the sensing system will automatically alarm to stop oil loading. The built-in breather valve keeps the internal pressure of the oil tank stable and balanced with the external pressure during oil transportation. Its dumping and overflow prevention design keeps the oil tank truck sealed in case of accident. The emergency exhaust device will automatically open to release the pressure in the tank when the pressure in the tank rises sharply, so as to prevent accidents and greatly improve the safety of oil transportation.
